My car had unfortunately been rear ended and my bumper needed to be replaced. Fix Auto @ Jim and Jack’s was one of the repair shops recommend by the insurance company. Everyone at the repair center was very friendly and were great at communicating everything. They kept me updated on progress and got my car back to me in a very timely manner. The work on the car looks great! Very grateful to them for making the process so smooth. I’d highly recommend them!

I had an amazing experience with Fix Auto El Segundo. I knew the holidays would be hectic but they made it very easy to navigate. From check in and walk around Monica provided excellent customer service and everything was handled in a professional manner. Would definitely choose again if necessary. And they have an Enterprise Rental center in house to allow for a loaner.
